An overview of the spectrum of vaccines in both pediatric and adult medicine
An evidence-based discussion of the validity of vaccine safety

Speaker: Dr. Janice T. John is a pediatrician and an Assistant Professor of Medical Education and Pediatrics at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. John co-directs clinical skills, teaches communication and physical diagnosis and serves as a facilitator for PEARLS (Patient-Centered Explorations in Active Reasoning, Learning, and Synthesis). Prior to joining the Zucker faculty, she was a Clinical Assistant Professor and the director of the Keeping Families Healthy program at Stony Brook. Dr. John’s research and publications focus on patient safety and public health interventions that support families.
